ProScapeUK Refund Policy

At ProScapeUK, we aim to provide high-quality grounds maintenance services to all our customers in Longstanton and the surrounding villages. We want you to be completely satisfied with our work. This Refund Policy explains when refunds or partial refunds may apply.

1. Cancellations Before Work Begins

  • If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you will not be charged, and any deposits paid will be refunded in full.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the quoted price to cover lost time and booking slots.

2. Dissatisfaction with Services

  • If you are unhappy with the quality of our work, you must contact us within 48 hours of the service being completed.

  • We will first aim to resolve the issue by returning to correct any reasonable problems free of charge.

  • A refund will only be considered if:

    • The issue cannot be resolved, or

    • We agree the service did not meet the agreed standards.

Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds if:

  • You change your mind after the work has been completed and there were no faults with the service provided.

  • Issues arise due to factors outside our control, such as poor weather conditions, pests, soil quality, or pre-existing garden problems not disclosed before work began.

  • Work could not be completed because of restricted access, hazards, or other conditions not previously discussed.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • We do not offer cash refunds for bank transfers or card payments.
